We are a single source with 35 years of accumulated experience that can assemble the many pieces of the design and construction puzzle.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Using GRAPHISOFT ArchiCAD, a state-of-the-art computer aided design program with 3- dimensional visualization, I develop a floor plan and an architectural style that reflects a client’s preferences and lifestyle. My clients can expect a plan that is not only imaginative but one that will emphasize cost effective methods of construction.

INTERIOR DESIGN

I give particular consideration to dramatic lighting and lighting controls, audio and video systems, and structured wiring and home automation. I personally guide my clients through the process of selecting interior finishes, cabinetry designs, appliances and plumbing fixtures, and decorative trim and hardware. Ultimately, I am a single design source that can offer my clients access to all wholesale furniture and accessory showrooms.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN

Developed concurrently with the architectural design, a well conceived landscape plan that is sensitive to environmental and maintenance issues is an essential ingredient to a successful project. A single design source assures the creation of outdoor spaces that will appropriately interact with the architecture.

I am an experienced builder who personally schedules and supervises the construction of my projects. Using the most innovative building materials and construction techniques, I employ reputable subcontractors who are able to execute the vision. Naturally, we utilize accounting software to ensure timely and accurate reports for our clients.
